Return and refund policy
We want you and your dog to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be returned in their original condition, clean and free of pet damage, with the original packaging when possible.
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours on business days with the return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
